In addition, the members of the advisory board evaluate the qualitative information on a company's handprint. With this information, an SME can show whether its innovative core business is also part of the solution. Once the information has been successfully validated, the quantitative ESG footprint score obtained can be slightly improved, whereby the footprint and handprint are always shown separately.
The establishment and ongoing operation of this expert panel was supported financially and methodologically by Zurich Insurance (represented by Marco Hebeisen).
