Addressing Climate-Related Financial Risk in Pragmatic and Effective Ways

Addressing Climate-Related Financial Risk in Pragmatic and Effective Ways

On June 13, 2025, CCRS is hosting a workshop on “Addressing Climate-Related Financial Risk in Pragmatic and Effective Ways” at ETH Zurich in collaboration with ETH spin off CLIMADA Technologies, swisscleantech and Swiss Sustainable Finance.

Keynote speaker will be Sergio Scandizzo, Head of Internal Markets at the European Investment Bank and Adjunct Professor at the University of Luxembourg. He will talk about 'Climate-Related Financial Risk - Arguments, Analytics and Regulations', the book he wrote with Tony Hughes and was published earlier this year.

This collaborative workshop explores how companies can pragmatically manage climate-related financial risks amid shifting global regulations, particularly in the light of recent U.S. policy reversals.
